I like the fact that respondent has studies of which you can relate to especially when it comes to the type of work you do, of which your input can contribute in a much effecient way to the studies.

I've been using ‘Respondent’ for a few months now and I've been very impressed with all facets of their service thus far. They only send surveys that are aligned with your chosen and specific areas of expertise and interest. This is great as it saves me a lot of time in terms of accessing the email and then finding it isn't suitable for me. When I initially set up my account I didn't really specify all of the areas that I wanted to participate in, but after ensuring my profile was filled in completely, I've found that I only receive surveys that are relevant to me. I receive emails from ‘Respondent’ virtually every day by email. I don't find them obtrusive and when I've been invited to complete a survey, the process is very professional and well integrated. I reached out to customer service three times and their response was always prompt, helpful and they resolved the issue there on each occasion.

I feel that we can be honest and open about our opinions of what different type of products are presented to us.
