I really like the Dashboard and the amount of information that is available in one view. It's great that I can add a filter to show all of the Dashboard detail for an individual team, service topic, driver, or CSAT result. I also like the sections called Things We Do Well and Things We Can Improve - this data analysis has saved us a lot of time in deciphering the feedback ourselves. The support team was very good to work with right from the get-go. They all provide a high level of expertise in the CX field and that means I can talk to them about an issue and together we resolve it.
