RESimpli - all you need in a real estate CRM

Customer service - sometimes not the fastest or best quality, but they manage expectations well...like I know when to expect an answer. Also, the owner is very active in customer support personally. That is huge to me...he wants all users to have a quality experience and actively takes feedback in order to improve the product.

Best features are the automatic KPI's pulled for me. I can see how our leads are converting through each step of the sales funnel. Also includes bookkeeping so I can see our marketing returns.
