Clearly built out with real estate investing in mind. Best RE focused CRM out there. Also, their reporting features on KPIs and lead metrics/conversion are awesome.

Sharad and team have done a phenomenal job orchestrating a team of really helpful people behind the scenes. They've set up a really impressive customer support system - via many different avenues of support - to answer any questions we may have. My favorite function is the chat feature, and the team's responses are always quickly. Additionally, the team will make personalized Loom videos if needed. The software itself is overall useful, and is quite different than paying Podio or Salesforce developers big bucks each month to develop something. So while not as personalized as some of the bigger names, you can tell Sharad and team have focused on making the software as simple as possible for the end user. My team and I use it every day, all day.

RESimpli is a the best CRM I've used, and I've used SEVERAL. The tool is fully integrated with list-stacker, cold-calling, drip campaigns, CRM including task reminders, storage, skip-tracing, accounting, and MANY tools I still haven't even gotten to use yet. Built-in AI to summarize recorded conversations, for instance, is new and exciting. Oh, AND driving-for-dollar, where you can tag properties and pull up public record information (and upload pics) on the go using GPS. RESimpli is constantly getting updated with new, interesting, and interesting features, and has world-class and support. There is now a Zoom option for support where a representative gets on a call with you within minutes, and you can screen share to get your item resolved ASAP, or get a ticket created for back-end support if they can't fix it then-and-there (they usually can). I've been using the tool since the end of 2022, and it's only gotten better since I've started using it. It has my highest recommendation. It's easy to setup, has lots of integration, and I use it daily as my main CRM and data source.
