Awesome CRM

|REsimpli
Resimpli is the best CRM! It literally has everything you need as a RE investor! Literally. We use to have podio for years, and it was so confusing! We had to hire someone just to program it and regular maintence! We've had resimpli for going on 3 years now and they are by far the best! Customer support is amazing too!
