Great Program

I like that the questions to the customers are straightforward for leaving reviews. The back end of the program is easy to use. I'm in the system daily and I haven't had an issue with it.

Simple, effective way of managing OEM reputation expectations

Reputation.com is part of the General Motors reputation management program and has been for quite some time. They proide a platform that's easy to use, displays a wealth of information, and is highly customizeable. There's not much to implementation, as it's done largely through the OEM, but it works as expected.
