Very Easy To Use and Gives a Very "Big Picture" Look at Your Online Reputation

I like that it not only tracks your Manufacturer surveys, but also allows you to see how your business is performing on other sites, such as Google, Cars.com, etc.. I use it every day to check survey scores, and at least once a week to check all platforms. It makes it very easy and convenient to keep track of everything on one page rather than bouncing back and forth. I also like how it shows how you're performing across all platforms compared to industry average and top performers, so you can see exactly where you stand.
