I really like the changes that Relias has been making. It seems to be improving the system and making it more user-friendly. It's obvious that the Relias team is trying to listen to clients and improve the system. It isn't always as intuitive as it should be, and we are frequently still running into problems or having trouble finding solutions; however, the Relias team has been working hard to answer questions and provide support whenever possible.
