Easy to assign and create modules for a variety of training opportunities. Good depth of knowledge base already available. I like that we can auto-enroll as well as allow employees to self enroll in modules. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Relias LMS is easy to use and navigate. I like that the system has the ability to automatically convert PowerPoint into SCORM. I can also easy create and add training to Relias. Honestly, what I like most about Relias is our Client Rep, who responds to calls/emails timely and has spent a great deal of time training myself and my new colleague on the system. The reports could be more automated. For instance, I have to manually change the dates to run weekly survey analysis reports for about 50 reports. I which there was an option for weekly reports like there is for monthly. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I've worked with Relias at a previous agency and am now overseeing its implementation at my current organization. I've seen it expand and change over the years and appreciate that Relias works to be responsive to the needs of its user organizations. It is a good solution for covering most training requirements. I still bump into ways it could be better, but find Relias folks receptive to hearing abou that and sincerely interested in improving. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Too many of the training modules are still text only, which some of my Learners find not very engaging. There are aspects of Relias functions that could and should be more configurable than they are (e.g. notification schedule). Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
