What do you like best about Relias Platform?

Easy to assign and create modules for a variety of training opportunities. Good depth of knowledge base already available. I like that we can auto-enroll as well as allow employees to self enroll in modules. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Relias Platform?

The biggest drawback is the ability to mass clean up trainee accounts as well as added content. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Relias Platform?

The setup for Relias is very user-friendly. If you have any problems, the Live Chat button is quick and easy to use. The employees not only fix the problem but they will explain the process. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Relias Platform?

Our agency uses tablets for work. My only dislike would be that the employees have trouble getting the videos to play for some assigned courses. This makes it a problem for our staff. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Relias Platform?

I love that Relias is a one stop shop for exams for our travelers. Being able to use one system to assign exams and gauge knowledge and skills helps make our jobs easier. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Relias Platform?

When using Relias you have to ensure the hierarchy is set to your company. If it is left blank others in your organization will not be able to search for the name of the staff member you are trying to find exams for. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Relias Platform?

I love the courses you have in your learning system. They are informational and easy to read. I like that you can print certificates once completed. I have not had any other competitors. Relias is my first and last online training company. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Relias Platform?

It is too confusing adding and subtracting courses and trainings for employees. It is not user friendly.

Make it easier by using less steps to accomplish this. I would like to see it in the training plans and modules. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Relias has allowed me to pass off general orientation training, freeing up time and making my time more productive. Business performance does increase, the employees have a better knowledge of what we do. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Relias Platform?

Relias LMS is easy to use and navigate. I like that the system has the ability to automatically convert PowerPoint into SCORM. I can also easy create and add training to Relias. Honestly, what I like most about Relias is our Client Rep, who responds to calls/emails timely and has spent a great deal of time training myself and my new colleague on the system. He has been most helpful in supporting us through our learning curve. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Relias Platform?

The reports could be more automated. For instance, I have to manually change the dates to run weekly survey analysis reports for about 50 reports. I which there was an option for weekly reports like there is for monthly. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Relias Platform?

- Content is developed by credentialed experts and includes sources (Unfortunately rare)

- Includes options to house and operate Policy Libraries and Competency Evaluations

- Fairly easy to navigate for Learners

- Support chat is readily accessible for basic needs Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Relias Platform?

- No ability for user-generated learning or learners to self-enroll in learning paths

- Escalated requests that require a ticket take a LONG time to be followed up on, and sometimes have been dropped without prompting

- Course offerings are content-rich but are difficult for most staff to engage with (60-90 minute PDF/PPT presentations)

- No native course-authoring ability in-app

- Limited course offerings for our industry (Human Services)

What do you like best about Relias Platform?

I've worked with Relias at a previous agency and am now overseeing its implementation at my current organization. I've seen it expand and change over the years and appreciate that Relias works to be responsive to the needs of its user organizations. It is a good solution for covering most training requirements. I still bump into ways it could be better, but find Relias folks receptive to hearing abou that and sincerely interested in improving. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Relias Platform?

Too many of the training modules are still text only, which some of my Learners find not very engaging. There are aspects of Relias functions that could and should be more configurable than they are (e.g. notification schedule). Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
