Ravelin helps us in fraud matters in order to detect different kinds of abuse, fraud, and chargebacks. I like it because has a very user-friendly design and even newbies can understand how it works. While I was working in tech support of our company, I was using this product several times a day, as we had a lot of requests regarding fraud activity. It's really easy to implement in our work environment, you also can create custom rules, in order to prevent fraudulent activity. So, when a customer places an order in our app, first Ravelin checks his account for fraud or abuse matters by using red flags and then rejects or approves the order, so it's easy to integrate Ravelin. Also, we have cross-channel in Slack with Ravelin team members, we always discuss with them some weird cases and they provide us with support.
