I like it because has a very user-friendly design and even newbies can understand how it works. While I was working in tech support of our company, I was using this product several times a day, as we had a lot of requests regarding fraud activity. It's really easy to implement in our work environment, you also can create custom rules, in order to prevent fraudulent activity. So, when a customer places an order in our app, first Ravelin checks his account for fraud or abuse matters by using red flags and then rejects or approves the order, so it's easy to integrate Ravelin. Also, we have cross-channel in Slack with Ravelin team members, we always discuss with them some weird cases and they provide us with support. **What do you dislike about Ravelin Enterprise?** There is no much things regarding to the disadvantages of Ravelin, as it works very well. Experience with Ravelin depends not only on product, but also on people who use it. For example, you can create customer tags and customer rules and it depends on that people who create all this stuff, as Ravelin just provides possibility to prevent different kind of orders. They only bad things is that Ravelin do not connect people with same IP or network. It connects with device, cards, phone numbers and etc, but not with network which is important. Maybe in future it will be possible. **What problems is Ravelin Enterprise solving and how is that benefiting you?** We have many campaigns for First Time Users and also other users, who can abuse our systems. For example, people can create new accounts, use promocodes and abuse our systems. Ravelin detects this kind of users and prevent them from placing an orders.
