The Team was very helpful and responsive to emails. The set up was so easy a kid could do it. The payment after our auction was prompt. They have a great option to ask your donors to pay the fees, this saved us a bunch of money being a non profit every penny counts. This will be our go to for online fundraising going forward. Our organization has used RallyUp for our annual raffle for the past four years. It is super easy to use. The set up is pretty quick and very customizable. It has so many options on set up and payment plans. Depending on your organizations choice, using the product could be free. Customer service has been great but I really haven't had to use it very often. Everything is very inutitive. I forsee our group using RallyUp for many years to come.

I have now used Rally Up for several successful auctions, raffles and most recently a walkathon. The ease of set up each time makes rally up a No brainer. And the ability to have a live chat if there are any questions is excellent. I will be using tally up for more auctions and raffles in the near future.
