The integration from HubSpot that makes turning a won deal into a live project is really great. Managing my live projects in PSOHub is then really efficient. I use the templates for contracts and tasks to save me time and ensire that tasks are not forgotten/left out, but I also manage those tasks (add new ones, close old ones) throughout the day. Those tasks frive my daily schedule and the My Tasks feature is really handy. Assinging tasks to others in the team so them can see their schedule on the Overall Gantt chart is aniother great efficiency. Time logging is easy and intuitve - I add time to service project tickets via HubSpot and time on projects in PSOHub. On the occassions I have used the online support, I have found them to be very reponsible and helpful. I use PSOHub every day, all day.

Customer service is always ready to help. We've seen some pretty great software updates lately, and honestly, they happen more than many other platforms. We use this tool daily. It was a much easier integration than another tool we tried.
