How the system integrates with exchequer, the ability to view information held within the dashboard, and how easy it is to amend the standard documents/templates. Operators also find the product upselling feature a great help too.

CRM aspects are very strong. Customer report writing and bulk updating of data is an excellent tool. Product details section holds more information than most CRMs, possibly due to the CMS side of it though.
