A number of expected benefits plus some great unexpected capabilities. We implemented Prospect at a point where the company grew beyond the capacity to manually track our leads and quotes. Prior to installing Prospect we couldn't track monitor and follow up on quote status and a practical manner. A lot fell through the cracks. Prospect delivers great analytics we couldn't do before. Time since last order, conversion rates, customer productivity and potential etc. The system forces the user to assign tasks. What we thought was annoying at first is in fact a great project management and communication tool as it automatically alerts whoever the task is assigned to and allows me to have the overall view at a glance of who is supposed to be delivering what and on which day. Subtotaling quotes, moving line items around - super easy.

We have been using ProspectSoft's CRM software for nearly 12 months. It's integration with Xero and Unleashed is faultless. We have fewer duplications of input, massive insight into to client behaviour and a support team that are so easy to work with - Loom tutorials are fabulous!

Prospect CRM is for us an innovative system that has allowed us to amplify sales and achieve great results, thus having a complete and detailed sales system where we can unify with the digital marketing system to be able to attract potential customers and amplify its effectiveness, I am very happy because the CRM tools that it offers us are very innovative and the ideas or tips that they indicate to achieve a specific sale or in turn automatic sales are very effective in my opinion it is a very complete system and it is easy to implement in the company.
