Easy and quick way to evaluate employees views

I like the ability to customize the surveys to evaluate any portion of the business or employee. I like the scoring system and integration with api's into other compatible domain. Other features I like most now having the platform would be detailed report and analysis that is web based with simple dashboard made to be able to.

Work got almost 50% easier

|ProProfs Help Desk
I like the ticket prioritizing of the platform to help identify most critical issues first that may effect business productivity. I also like the shared inbox allowing me and my counter part team member share the responsibility or addressing agents tickets. I like the mobile interface and abilities along with built in training and ongoing support for users 24/7.
