ProProfs project is THE program for managing my teams projects

i really love that my email is not being flooded anymore. If there's something another team within our company is doing, i can ask without having to set up a meeting, this saves hours and hours of time. Also anyone can reply to the projects we are currently working on, which makes it very structured to leave feedback.

Great for creating product documentation

The tool is of immense help when it comes to creating an online product document. Its contextual help feature lets you add tooltips, popups and lightboxes to explain the complicated features and terminologies related to a product. Writing and editing content is a breeze with the MS Word-like editor it offers. You can even upload content, images and videos directly to the product document.
