Prior to onboarding Prophix in 2021, we budgeted using excel templates and then a another budget software that was not flexible enough for our organization. During the onboarding process, as an adminstrator, I helped to build everything from scratch with our consultant. This was extremely helpful in learning the system and things it can do. It also provided me with the confidence I needed once we were onboarded and the training wheels came off. Prophix is an amazing tool and has helped to ease all of our pain points throughout the budget process. The end user experience has also improved vastly and I'm no longer receiving the complaints I used to during budget season. I have not had a scenario where I wasn't able to accomplish something I wanted to within Prophix. Prophix allows you to have all of your data at your finger tips. For us, this was huge because we were able to consolidate multiple systems into one. We are able to produce reports much more quickly without manual intervention once reports are set up you simply update the dates. Our organization has the CSP and that has been very helpful any time we have questions or are looking to add sometime. Overall, Prophix has been a great investment for our organization and I can't recommend more.

Prophix is a great tool and making things easier on the end user. We have struggled with excel during budgeting process but with Prohix we have increased the end user experience. Robust product with many features. It is great at analyzing data that is in your database. We have reduced the time to provide reports to managemnt and the Board with Prophix reporting as we are able to generate results right after close of the month. It was great experience during implementation. Their team is very knowledgable and will make the process smoother. We went Prophix due to the ease of integration with our ERP. If you purchae the CSP package from Prohix you will have great support from their knowlegable team. This is a product that we use very frequently almost on a daily basis.

Prophix allows our business to integrate our data from another source and report directly out of Prophix. The use ability for my position in the company is great. Building Reports directly in Prophix is an easy task and I love the ability to automate not on ly reporting, but forecasting too.
