ProductPlan is intuitive and easy to use. With some help from ProductPlan, our team came up to speed quickly and very effectively share their roadmaps internally to Technology and Business partners. We receive excellent support and guidance (our CSM Jack does a great job!) and ProductPlan has really worked with us, spending time to show us how best to use their product. They listen to feedback and are very transparent with when we could expect new features/improvements ProductPlan has added numerous features to be very competitive with other road mapping tool venders.

Product is easy to use and solves the core business needs we were hoping it would solve. Team is receptive to feedback on the product and feedback is incorporated into the product roadmap, which I really appreciate. CSM (Isabelle) is helpful, responsive, and a wonderful partner to work with. Implementation and tool adoption were successful and easy. We use this daily within Tech to track delivery of our roadmp.
