It has a really rich set of features that covers most of the requirements of small to medium-sized business. We use for Sales, Quotes, Invoices, Budget management and Time Tracking. The interface and UX is very good, but it can take a little bit of time to get your head around some bits. We use freelancers a lot and this tool works great for giving them partial access to some of the features. The customer support is really excellent. It feels very personal.
