This CRM does what it's designed for, nothing more, nothing less. This is great as I don't have to dig through a bunch of unnecessary bells and whistles just to find the features that I actually need to run my business. I also appreciate the fact that I have the option to pay a subscription so that they can host it for me, or to pay the full amount to host it myself. I am tired of companies that force me to pay a monthly fee for their sotfware, as I prefer the old-school approach.

The software is very customizable and can basically do everything that you would want of a customer relationship management software. It can set up meetings and manage a calendar, it can handle invoices and documents, and can also be used for project management and managing of contacts.
