What do you like best about Core CRM Pro?

This CRM does what it's designed for, nothing more, nothing less. This is great as I don't have to dig through a bunch of unnecessary bells and whistles just to find the features that I actually need to run my business. I also appreciate the fact that I have the option to pay a subscription so that they can host it for me, or to pay the full amount to host it myself. I am tired of companies that force me to pay a monthly fee for their sotfware, as I prefer the old-school approach. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Core CRM Pro?

I find the GUI design to be a little outdated. It makes the dashboard feel a little crowded, despite it being the complete opposite. But honestly, nothing too serious. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Core CRM Pro solving and how is that benefiting you?

Being a small business owner, I don't have the luxury of hiring personnel to help me with every aspect of my company. Core4 CRM is a good solution because it allows one person, or a few users, to manage all the essential parts of a business, which in my case, is the data from my prospects and customers. What do you like best about Core CRM Pro?

The software is very customizable and can basically do everything that you would want of a customer relationship management software. It can set up meetings and manage a calendar, it can handle invoices and documents, and can also be used for project management and managing of contacts. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Core CRM Pro?

It does not have any android or Linux support. It does not have web deployment for the software. You are limited to using it on only windows and Mac. They gave no free trials to check the software before use either, Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Core CRM Pro solving and how is that benefiting you?

I am solving my customer management needs with the software. I am able to set up meetings and also use it to save the pipeline of contacts I have that are my leads. I use it to manage my contacts database. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Core CRM Pro?

It is good software that helps with chats and data visualization. We use it to for internal chats and communications. It is very convenient one we train people on it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Core CRM Pro?

I don't like how the normal chat features are not available like deleting a message. I would recommend that these features be added if not for all but for admins atleast. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
