Great tool for feature requests managament and creating the product roadmap.

|Productboard
It's great that you can transfer all the feature requests directly from tools like Intercom, Email and many other 3rd party tools to ProductBoard. From there you can work with them (tagging, grouping, descriptions etc.). The best is that you keep the information about the requester, so you can contact him/her before or during your feature development in order to get closer details and/or feedback.
