Excellent Program, Yet Sometimes There Are Bugs

I enjoy how the invoices can easily be worked on and changed, edited. A lot of different ways to set camps and programs up. Nice work!

Procare has more tools then you need!!

Procare is very user friendly and has more than enough reports and tools that will help along with child care managament. It is super helpful to have staff and family info all in one program. I also like the link that it has with our Tadpoles daily report software, Tuition Express and check in computers.

Time Saver!

Procare is an amazing child development database. It helps to keep track of families and students, financials, employees, and attendance. Procare allows a bunch of different ways to customize the software so that it works best for your company. You can create your own categories, tracking assignments, etc. The reports feature allows you to easily print or save statements for customers. The Procare Dashboard is a great feature where you can see a real time view of the business. You can see which students are checked in, which employees are checked in, how many kids are in each classroom, and so much more!
