The people that work there. Since we have a lot of data and technical complexity in our stack, we often ask Prepr to implement features from our large wishlist, or help us fix a problem that occurs. Especially the latter is super helpful to us. They are always stand-by to solve a problem, and friendly when doing so. Also, I think that Prepr is curious about how their customers use their CMS, in order to improve it - for example, they attended one of our user test days and took the results very seriously.

Prepr is constantly evolving. During the time we’ve been working with Prepr, numerous updates and improvements have been implemented. What sets them apart is their willingness to engage in meaningful conversations with us and their clients, genuinely listening to feedback and suggestions. Communication with Prepr is seamless. They respond promptly, and the added benefit of being able to communicate in Dutch is a significant advantage—not only for us but also for our Dutch clients. We’re very satisfied with the user interface of the application. It’s easy to set up, and our clients consistently mention how intuitive and straightforward it is to navigate.
