For me, the best thing here was how easy it was to write more personalized messages to prospects, save them, categorize them, and reuse them when it made sense. I got positive feedback from people I reached out to on the PDF "feature" and how professional it looked. I haven't yet dived into the teams and activity features that much, but it will be a great add-on for our team leads to be able to track and see progress.
