I find the metrics you're able to pull fascinating! You can see things such as if your email was opened on a computer or mobile device, if people read or skimmed, where people clicked etc. However, the thing I love most was my support person - Eileen. I was struggling to use the tool and clicked on the "help" button and almost immediately I was connected with assistance. She took the time to help me, and answer all the questions I had (which was a lot). As I continue to learn how to utilize Politemail, should I struggle, I know she'll be there :)

PoliteMail adds additional values to MS Outlook which helps our users organize and manage their communication well and easily. Our users can easily create/modify templates, share screenshots, check recipient count, and tracking functionality is great. Support team is great.
