I love the ease of texting with our customers, now a days no one answers the phone, so a text is the way to go now. I can receive the message any time of day which helps me to get back to the customer faster. Any time I have needed help, it is easy to get ahold of customer service. There is so many features to use with Podium it is awesome. Our customers love it also.

Very easy interface and my go to program for communication to clients. Love the fact that they also have an app that is so easy to use as well! It allows me to talk to clients even when I'm out of the office!

There are many enterprise texting solutions available on the market. I really like their ability to integrate with some of our legacy systems and the resources available to me on how to use the platform even more efficiently. Migrating from ZipWhip to Podium was a very smooth process for our 1400 location and we see users every day taking advantage of the tool. However, the thing that sets Podium apart is the people that we get to work with. We have had such a great experience with our Account Representative, Support Staff, Sales team, and Podium's leadership.
