MY FAVORITE THING ABOUT PODIUM IS I CAN TYPE UP A MESSAGE, AND SAVE IT AND RESEND IT TO AS MANY PEOPLE AS I NEED TO AND NOT HAVE TO CHANGE THE NAME EACH TIME MYSELF, PODIUM DOES IT FOR ME!!!! I ALSO LIKE THE FACT THAT ON THE BUSINESS END OF IT WE CAN SEE WHO WROTE THE MESSAGE, SO I CAN GO TO THAT PERSON IF I HAVE ANY QUESTIONS, I ALSO LIKE THE FACT THAT I CAN TEXT AS MANY PEOPLE AS I NEED TO, ITS FAST AND SUPER EASY TO USE!

I appreciate the extra communication with my customers. If their tech is there and they aren't answering, it's nice to have a dedicated line to communicate with them. For my specific needs l, I do a lot of accounting work and people respond a lot faster than if I send an email or a phone call that may be marked as spam. This system is very useful and valuable to my business!

Podium has been a great software program for us to use as retailers and it is very convenient because it allows us to communicate with our customers through text so that way they don't need to come in store for something as simple as a payment or pictures.
