M360 takes all of our tools (mobile, wifi messaging and email) combines them in one place. Managing 15-20 centers with all of these diverse tools can be cumbersome. M360 removes that complication by providing a platform for capturing all the consumer data, analyzing the data and providing a platform for engagement with those contacts in a meaningful way. The segmentation and ability to tailor the information to interest, it allows us a much more individualized, powerful voice when speaking to our consumers when re-targeting. It is fantastic program to manage large scale programs across portfolios, even with differing clients and participation. The dashboard puts all of those tools at your finger - analyzing your results from campaigns and consumer messaging. It visually keeps you on track for how to adjust programming quickly to garner new results. The level of customizable information for reporting such as, time periods, trends, insights and specified promotion results.
