The user interface is friendly and it is very easy to use. I can easily send messages to my customers very easily through this app.

**What do you like best about M360?**

M360 takes all of our tools (mobile, wifi messaging and email) combines them in one place.  Managing 15-20 centers with all of these diverse tools can be cumbersome.   M360 removes that complication by providing a platform for capturing all the consumer data, analyzing the data and providing a platform for engagement with those contacts in a meaningful way.    The segmentation and ability to tailor the information to interest, it allows us a much more individualized, powerful voice when speaking to our consumers when re-targeting.  It is fantastic program to manage large scale programs across portfolios, even with differing clients and participation.    

The dashboard puts all of those tools at your finger - analyzing your results from campaigns and consumer messaging.    It visually keeps you on track for how to adjust programming quickly to garner new results.   The level of customizable information for reporting such as, time periods, trends, insights and specified promotion results.

**What do you dislike about M360?**

With the integration of emails to the platform - I have no dislikes.  Certain parts require more intensive training, but the system is pretty intuitive.

**What problems is M360 solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Managing a corporate marketing program over a large portfolio is difficult.  Literally combing over dozens of reports to combine results and analyze is not always an option - we needed a solution to simplfy the way we engage with consumers, a solution to report those results in one place and see how they can integrate together - that solution has been M360.   This platform makes it more feasible to garner results across a larger scale, but retains the ability to hyperfocus on the individual market.  The ability to adjust your messaging mix by market and across many markets instantaneously is priceless.   I can now speak to consumer more effectively  because the data tells me how they want to be engaged with and when.   We are able to constantly see real time information on our efforts.    It takes the guessing out of re-targeting, therefore reduces opt outs and frivilous messaging that is not translating to results.

I like the personally assigned team and the weekly/biweekly meetings.  They are very attentive and professional.

**What do you dislike about M360?**

I dislike the fact that if it's an industry that they are not familiar with, they make promises they are unable to fulfill.  They have a one size fit all method for all industries.

**What problems is M360 solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We are becoming more visible in the mental health industry.  It is beneficial to have a marketing company for that purpose.

**What do you like best about M360?**

The system is super easy to use and I love that I can schedule messages well in advance; it makes organizing my work a breeze. I also find it makes promotional work so much easier - I prefer to do text message giveaways more now than anything else. Picking a winner takes 30 seconds!

**What do you dislike about M360?**

I would love to be able to secure a code word even while the message is in draft mode.

**Recommendations to others considering M360:**

Learn as much as you can about the product - there are so many facets! We use simple text message marketing and find it would great for reminders and promotions.

**What problems is M360 solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It's a very non-invasive yet thorough way to interact with customers. I use it for event reminders and we've seen a huge uptick in traffic.

**What do you like best about M360?**

I love the ease of use of the system. I can get a text marketing message out in less than 5 minutes! The messages look really clean and match our brand, thanks to the ability to add hyperlinks to the texts. We also love adding emojis to spice up each message. Right now we are just using the service for text marketing, but are interested in looking at ways to expand. Of all the text marketing systems we looked at, the pricing for this product was the most reasonable.

**What do you dislike about M360?**

The only thing that would really make things smoother is if we secured our own custom shortcode.

**What problems is M360 solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We believe we are reaching a younger audience and also a more engaged audience because they take the steps to opt-in and join our mobile club.

**What do you like best about M360?**

M360 makes it easy for us to tailor content for our customers. We especially like that we can segment our messaging to ensure that we are reaching customers with content that is relevant and interesting to them. The real-time analytics are also top-notch. Our customer service rep (Lauren G.) is amazing--always available to assist us and brainstorm new campaigns.

**What do you dislike about M360?**

I think some of the tabs on the dashboard could be more descriptive. Sometime I have to hunt around to find the correct section.

**What problems is M360 solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Texting is the most intimate method of marketing and M360 allows us to do so in a responsible way so we aren't inundating our customers with too much or irrelevant content. We launched our first keyword campaign about two months ago supported by onsite signage, eblasts and social media and have had a great response with almost 300 opt-ins to tags that allow us to customize broadcast messages. We have also been able to measure a high # of click-throughs to our website. Plus one of our tenants posted an exclusive offer and received 40 redemptions.

**What do you like best about M360?**

M360 is extremely user-friendly. Utilizing their mobile marketing program to engage with our customers is just as easy as sharing a social media post or sending an email, making it an excellent tool for our clients! Anyone can easily navigate the website, and the reporting we get is very digestible for our clients.

Nothing comes to mind. My experience with M360 has been wonderful.

We use this product for many of our shopping centers. M360, specifically their Straightxt program, is an effective way for us to give our shoppers exclusive offers to increase traffic to the centers. Additionally, due to the reporting we have access to within M360, we can easily see what types of special offers and overall messaging work best with our audience.

Easy to use, comprehensive reporting, fantastic customer support team that is hyper-responsive! As an agency partner who logs in nearly daily, I find the platform very user friendly and a great addition to our marketing efforts both for us and for the clients we work with.

I can't find anything that I dislike about M360. My experience with them has been nothing short of excellent.

If you are looking to start a mobile or wifi program for yourself or a client, definitely look in to M360 to see how they can help. I am confident they can find a solution and take your programming to the next level.

**What problems is M360 solving and how is that benefiting you?**

In Q4 of 2020, M360 helped us to be fast acting when getting important messages out to consumers around the holiday season and helped us track year over year traffic for our clients. This has been one of the best ways to prove ROI for our client's marketing efforts which at times can be challenging.

**What do you like best about M360?**

I like the flexibility of the program, and all you can do with it.  It's a great marketing tool since people don't always check their emails, but always check their phones. The text messages are short, but that's pretty standard (e.g. twitter), and it makes it so people aren't overwhelmed with words...
I also LOVE that the team responds fairly quickly with aid to any issue I may have. Lauren Gaspard has been exceptional, and explained the program and it's benefits very well. If I ever have a question or concern, she doesn't hesitate to jump in and help, even gives me some creative inputs.
I also cant wait for the new fatures coming soon, I know this will open up a world of possibilities for marketing and data collection strategies.

**What do you dislike about M360?**

I haven't found anything so limiting that I could say I dislike.. Maybe I wish we could reserve a word while leaving it in draft? But I'm also aware that it evens the playing field.

**Recommendations to others considering M360:**

Don't be afraid of text campaigns, I know I was.. but once I got the ball rolling it was easy and I couldn't wait to send out the next one.. or set up the next 3 campaigns.

**What problems is M360 solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We are doing a contest in a month or so, and M360 is making voting a lot easier and paper free! It's another way to reach people. I really love the Wifi triggered messages because, again, it's paper free and doesn't seem so much like spam emails. This is a great marketing tool in a world where everyone is glued to their phones.

How easy it is to create keywords and send messages.

**What do you dislike about M360?**

I wish we could upload our own lists. I also wish there was a way to filter our groups by sign up time. This would help for presales.

**What problems is M360 solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Still analyzing the benefits but it's helpful for us as we get a lot of people who say they don't check email or they are not on our social pages. Texting puts it right into their hand.

Setting up a text is quicker with less steps. Linking is easier in this platform, with less steps overall. Preview is also better.

**What do you dislike about M360?**

It isn't always intuitive which tab I need, they should be named more simply. I usually choose a few before I find the right one.
Would be nice to include emojis without the concern of having it show up as two or three texts by recipient.

As a new user, I was able to easily navigate and fully appreciate the ability to see what the text will look like to our subscribers, as well as being able to send a test message!  The help, tutorial, and training that I received were all helpful in maximizing what we can do with the program.

**What do you dislike about M360?**

Not really a downside, I do wish there was a winner option where I could randomly choose from my current subscriber list to also utilize the program as a rewards program for current users beyond special offers.

**What problems is M360 solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I like being able to utilize reporting to see what works for our subscribers and what doesn't.  We are able to use it to make sure our approach is the most effective.

The back-end portal was designed very well. It is simple to use for campaign set-up as well as for analyzing each campaign's success.

We'd love to know more about our subscribers for better segmentation and personalized messaging.

Be consistent with your messaging. It can be easy to forget or be timid about alienating your audience. Finding the sweet spot with frequency and understanding that you'll lose people on each broadcast but knowing the people that stay are YOUR audience, is important and valuable.

The ability to connect with our community in a dynamic and timely way has increased our brand awareness and community engagement with our brand and property.

I like the simplicity of scheduling campaigns and pulling winners from contests. Being able to create multiple opt-ins for one campaign is very useful.

I think it would be nice to be able to have a 2-way conversation with patrons to handle issues they may have or questions.

The immediate abilityto connect in real-time with potential and prospective customers on-premise is a very powerful capability, and crafting a targeted specialized engagement message allows for some quick test-&-learn results without having to engage third-parties as to consumer preferences, behavior, and activities.

Questions remain around if and when scaled, how to customize and curate individual workflows for unique independent engagement for specified and targeted customers versus a global and broad dissemination of messaging.

Have it as a part of your marketing strategy which remains fluid and live, not static.

As traditional advertising has become more difficult to do on a shrinking budget, our firm was searching for ways to directly communicate with our shoppers. Wi-fi Alive allowed us to begin direct communication with our customers while they were at our shopping centers. This created numerous opportunities for supplying our customers with offers and calls to action. Also very impressed with the customer support

**What do you dislike about M360?**

Not necessarily a con against the platform, but there is some work you have to do on the front end to encourage your shoppers to join the program. As with any other digital tool, you have to get your customers to adopt by providing great incentives. If you do this you should enjoy a strong ROI.

**What do you like best about M360?**

We recommend this solution to our clients and use the API. I like that we can easily use this tool to build a mobile database. You can then add data collection to any campaign, so it's real easy to collect more information over time using text messaging and a conversational format. We can then either setup automated follow up messages or send a blast message to groups we manage. They also have some nice compliance features, which is key.

**What do you dislike about M360?**

There's really not much to dislike. This platform has a lot of features and they are always adding new ones. It's also super simple to use.

**What problems is M360 solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Our clients are looking to cut through the clutter. There's a lot of noise these days and so many competing channels for customer voice. There is no better way to communicate with your audience than text messaging. The read rates destroy social media and email; it's not even close. By using follow up messages, a campaign can run its course with no actual management. We can then intervene at any time by sending a blast message to any group.

The ease of use has been the best part, we brought it in to a team that had never used a texting software before. No trouble training or implementing. The support team has been responsive and proactive.

There have been no issues since we started using it.

Collecting guest data and being able to communicate with them quickly. We've been able to add many phone numbers to our database.
