I like that we can now use PlanSource for online enrollments and that it will house all enrollments now for various vendors instead of going into 5 different platforms to sign people up for benefits. I also like that I have one person that I work with when I have issues. Maribel Medina has been awesome to work with. She's patient and works hard to get our platform working correctly. Our benefit structure is very complicated and she's been wonderful with getting it right.

Their annual support team has been extremely helpful during this VERY BUSY time of the year. They are so attentive and have responded quickly to all of our clients' inquiries as we went through configuration, testing, and the employees' annual enrollment window. This makes such a big difference for our clients. Honestly, out of all the client vendors I've worked with, PlanSource has stood out as going above and beyond: very professional, exceptional attention to detail and outstanding responsiveness.
