This has been a lifesaver for our company. We have high turnover and often hire employees out of town. Plansource allows employees to enroll at their convenience at home instead of turning in paperwork to the office. I also love that it communicates directly to the carrier and I don't have to send each enrollment myself.

Nobody has those documents saved on a computer anymore, so it just makes sense that they be able to use their cell phone. I like that it shows your previous year selections; makes it easy for you to decide to keep those same benefits or change to a different plan. I also like that it shows your total deduction per pay period as you select your benefits
