I love the functionality of PioneerRx. It works great for a smaller independent pharmacy like I work at but it also has all the features that would be useful in a bigger chain store. I love the interface it has with PK Software from PCCA for compounding. This has made billing so much easier for me. The workflow features when used correctly can really maximize efficiency and help prevent errors. I also believe this software is very user friendly. The install/training team was great and patient answering all our questions and easing us through the transition.
