What I like the most about Pickit is it's extensive list of features that allow use to dive deep into file organization. It's easy to use to and we have no worry about having new users go in there to find what they're looking for. The Dropbox integration makes it easy to implement for the team and ever since we launched it, our property managers have been utilizing it to collect assets that pertain to their community. We've also come to appreciate how open and willing to help the customer success team is, any time we have a question it is answered swiftly and clearly. In times where we need even more information, a call is set up and we have our answer quickly.

We began using Pickit as a photo management system to organize and store our photos across several of our locations (shopping centers). We absolutely love the product, and it has both increased our efficiency and productivity. It's easy to use and the training provided allowed us to onboard our teams quickly. The real star of the show however is their customer service. Caitlynn, the Cuseomer Sucess Director was brought on early during the sales process to walk us through the product, and she quicly sold us on how the product could work for us. She was amazing during the onboarding and training process and always follows up, assists us with questions and continues to share our feedback with the larger team. I’ve been working with a multitude of vendors during my 28-year marketing career, and Caitlynn is by far, at the top of the list.
