The Payhawk app and browser platform make it easier to submit expenses and card transactions ensuring the receipt is uploaded and correctly coded before it even gets close to an approver. The different combinations of setting up teams and approvers makes the management for all expense claims seamless. We've had a few instances where we have needed to contact customer support and they are generally very quick at responded. We are still in the early days of use but with the number of users we have planned Payhawk will certainly be frequently used by all employees. The cashback is brilliant, encouraging a little change in our processes so we can maximise our cashback each month. Payhawk seamlessly integrates into an number of finance systems including NetSuite which we use. This was one of the main reasons we chose this product.
