Makes it easy to submit, manage, and see past expenses. Good UI and usability. Don't have to think too much about expenses just log in and add them - I don't want to have to think too much about the process, this tool should take that away and it does. No need for frequent use just when I need it every month. Clearly see status of submitted expenses, attachments, etc. Also has specialised categories for common expense items such as mileage or petty cach reimbursement.

Payhawk automatically recognizes the merchant and the total cost from an uploaded photo of a receipt.

I love that everything is very intutive and easy to use.
