Don't have to think too much about expenses just log in and add them - I don't want to have to think too much about the process, this tool should take that away and it does. No need for frequent use just when I need it every month. Clearly see status of submitted expenses, attachments, etc. Also has specialised categories for common expense items such as mileage or petty cach reimbursement.
