Very good tool to manage more than 70 stores and their e-reputation
Partoo is very easy to implement into our processes and very easy to use. We were given some easy instructions, how to improve out e reputation. Especially our store staff, who has been managing several acocunts on Google my Business, Apple maps, Bing etc. save a lot of time and are very happy to use this time on customers walking into the stores. In addition we finally have a good way to analyze and improve KPIs like average ratings, answer rate of reviews and so on. regularly
