I like how Partoo provides me with a clear and executive summary of our stores nationwide. I appreciate the graphs and the practicality of the tool, as well as the trends and the mobile application. I enjoy the ability to see global trends of reviews and details of negative reviews from Google My Business (GMB). Additionally, I like having the overall rating and being able to respond to negative reviews. I also value the e-reputation and visibility of GMB, along with comparisons to previous periods, the use of AI to respond to reviews, and the customization of responses. I love the ease of use of Google My Business with Partoo, it makes responding to reviews and adding photos or posts very simple to use. Everything is managed on the same platform and initially, I even had someone helping me, which made the process very simple. She showed me how to use the platform and advised me on the frequency of posting and updating my photos. This helped to animate my Google page, which now ranks better in search results. Making a direct correlation between Parloo’s work and improvements in my website’s visibility isn’t straightforward. Because of that, it’s not immediately clear what the benefits are of using Partool alone, compared with using Patool + Goggle Ads, for example. Obviously, there are many other variables involved.
