One of the best software out there for the corporate world. It is used across my org for every meeting. The way it summarizes the meeting and gives you a gist of what happened is amazing.

Otter ai continues to offer an excellent transcription resource, especially if you want real-time transcripts of your online meetings. Unfortunately, that isn't my primary need for the software, and recent plan changes put a rather severe limit on the one feature I use most. When I first subscribed to the software, Otter offered basic subscribers up to 6000 minutes of recording transcription per month, a limit I never actually reached with transcripts of my daily podcast. Earlier this year, my plans terms were changed and I'm only allowed to transcribe 10 imported recordings per month up to 1200 minutes for the same amount of money I payed before. Thankfully, Microsoft has at least temporarily begun offering recording transcription in Word's web-based version. If Otter decides to offer unlimited recording transcription at the same rate I'm paying now, they have a shot at keeping a customer. Otherwise, I'm shopping for a new option.

I love that Otter.ai is always so speedy when processing my audio, as well as easy to 'correct' both within and outside of the mobile program. It's responsive and user friendly.
