Otter already had a functional ai for speech to text transcriptions 2 years ago, when we used it to transcribe older podcast and youtube interviews for both my NGO and my small for profit. This was not the norm back then- even better that it came with a few free hours a month for transcriptions. They have since blown up in functionalities, quality and accuracy (with many possible integrations and apps). I still use the free version for occasional interview transcriptions- and follow their newsletter avidly. Right now, it doesnt make sense for me because I dont have a course, webinar or a lot to transcribe, but their "transcribe and automatically record a webinar" function (Otterpilot) is gold for coaches and consultants who want to create recurring events to play on autopilot, or capture their audience's data or problems in more depth (aka chat conversations, which are often very revealing, and in-depth).

When it worked it was always unfortunaely slow. I believe this is due to server traffic.
