The most incredible system I utilize every single day, multiple times a day, is the AI chat function. When I am in meetings, I can have Otter read back all of the main points of discussion in real time and give me high-level breakdowns and full action item lists with assignees. It also is great because if I have conflicting meetings, I can send Otter into one and have it take notes for me and give me the overview, letting me know if I was mentioned or if there is anything I need to follow up on. It has become so critical to my day-to-day that we have implemented it across the board of the executive support team to replace Firefly due to the easy setup, AI features, note capturing, and ability to add team members and assign directly in the notes. It takes about 5 minutes to set up and get integrated into your calendars and OS and the rest is history. I wish I could comment on their customer support but their FAQs more than take care of anything I needed to know. My favorite thing about Otter.ai is the audi to text feature during video meetings. It is very helpful in recording your sessions, and is easily editable when editing transcripts.
