What i love the most Otter.ai is the insights and summary it provides after the end of every business meeting/conversation. It provides a summary of action items as well as brief overview of what was discussed in the meeting. It is a very very important and helpful tool if business meetings last longer than an hour, Otters helps to transcribe the conversation and provide very helpful insights. Otter has saved a lot of time and provided us more accuracy to execute in terms of next steps.

That it cuts our processes in half by getting us notes after every call we take rather than manually needing to put those together.
