Invaluable!
Otter has made note taking and reviewing calls with clients a BREEZE. It was easily connected to our CRM Software and automatically inputs a meeting summary in all client files. It even takes important screenshots during screenshares!
This has greatly standardized sales interactions throughout our organization. We were able to input key metrics to keep track of and Otter.AI keeps track of them all in our summaries.
