I appreciate the transcripting and that you can edit what may have been picked up incorrectly. What I value most is the summary and action item tools. It's so hard to take valuable notes while you're in a meeting and Otter tracks everything that was dicussed. I'm able to manage my tasks and action items based on the information given in the calls. Referencing the notes from meetings that happened in the passed is also super helpful. The tool is overall super easy to use. I use it often on my external calls now.

It is very easy to use and i really like the new feasture which it is connected to the google calendars.
