What I find most helpful about Otter is the summaries of meetings. I work fully remote and we have quite a lot of virtual meetings with different departments. Having Otter in the meetings "taking notes" for us has been amazing! After each meeting I spend a few minutes reviewing the summary and action items. I take those items and put them into my Asana tasks. It is a very efficient system. I use Otter everyday for my work tasks. It is easy to implement and the customer support has been exceptional.
