Superior transcription and ability to edit notes, action items and speaker names

Otter.ai has completely transformed how we handle meeting transcriptions and note-taking. The accuracy of the transcriptions is impressive, even with multiple speakers and varied accents. The real-time transcription feature is a game-changer, allowing us to follow along and highlight key points during the meeting itself.

Web meetings are hard to stay focused because there are so many distractions. With Otter.ai you know that notes will taken and you will not miss a thing. Screen shots are taken during the meetings as well which is very helpful. It is easy to use and automatically starts recording and transcribing the meeting once it begins. The summaries are great as well. This is my opinion and findings but the review was completed as part of a promotion from Otter.
