My favourite feature is the summary with action items, insights, and outline. I appreciate how Otter lets me focus on the conversation I'm having in real time. I frequently refer back to Otter notes to confirm details, like agreed upon next steps, deadlines, or important names mentioned. I also like being able to share meeting notes with my team, and refer to transcripts of meetings I wasn't able to attend.

Otter has been the best tool to use for capturing meeting notes, summaries and pulling insights from all my calls. I use it on every single meeting, whether it is with a client or an internal meeting. I can easily reference notes, ask Otter to create call summaries for me. I use Otter to prepare for follow-up meetings by reviewing the previous calls. It is indispensable in my daily work.

I like how Otter handles transcripts very well by assigning each section to the speaker. This makes is so much easier when using Otter's AI capability to answer questions when you ask about a certain speaker and anything they mentioned on a meeting. I also like how the transcript can be shared automatically among the guests of a meeting. Excellent for keeping track of action items and summaries so nothing is fogotten. I also use Otter every day in my standups meeting.
