Otter is helpful to record and summarize sales calls.

As an Account Executive that sometimes has 3-5 demos with prospects a day, I don't know how I did this role without Otter. Otter has helped me improve my relationships with prospects because every detail from our conversations is captured. This includes their current process, and I love how I can ask Otter what the prospect is doing today so I know which "pain points" to continue highlighting throughout the rest of our sales process. Otter's note-taking abilities are a game-changer and I use this tool everyday (for internal meetings too!). This has also sped up my processes because it's so much faster for me to log demo notes. Happy to share some insights as a promo but also as a genuine daily user. Some of my favourite features: - Screenshot capture during meetings - particularly handy during presentations. - Being able to search for key words - very useful during longer calls - Ability to listen to the entire reording, and jump to certian parts of the call. - The AI function to query the outcome of the call, ask for a round up of the objectives, list of questions raised etc - There's a nifty summary component that captures the tone of the call which I find particularly impressive.
