Since I do a ton of calls with prospective clients, I have Otter.AI join and record my meetings. It takes notes for me while I talk to my prospect and carefully listen, so I can stay focused on the conversation rather than trying to keep up (and looking away as I type). After the call, I’ll query the tool to get an AI-assisted summary and check any follow-ups or deadlines we covered—it’s just an easy way to keep track of all the details without getting distracted during the meeting. Sometimes I’ll end up coming back to calls week or even months later. It’s absolutely essential that I can remember what happened or what the needs were, so I can have fully context and provide detail when I follow up. What surprised me is how helpful Otter is in making judgement calls about conversations...what to do next, more info on the company, etc. I always cringe if a prospect won't let me use Otter!

Super easy initial implementation, as well as as simple integrations with Google and Hubspot. I was well supported when I ran into some issues, and I now use this product daily - if not several times daily.

Being able to multitask during a meeting that I am not necessarily needed on is ABSOLUTELY invaluable to my productivity. If I missed something in a live meeting I can always have the live transcription up on another screen and I don't have to ask someone to repeat themselves due to the amazing accuracy of the live transcriptionl Also, being able to go back and search a keyword for a meeting from 3 weeks ago and then replay the conversation surrounding it brings me immediately back up to speed.
